Made this last night for my family of 7 served with French bread and cantaloupe. Not a huge hit with my kids, but they did eat it. I liked it. Not sure how to rate given our split decision.

This looks delish! I sometimes like to sub the beans for red lentils.
Great idea. I’d even add a dash (or dollop) of curry powder or paste too with the lentils …
And of course turmeric is great for adding color!
